I was on the waiting list for about a year. There was some lying involved with management around March 2022.There were 2 units, one was available and the other wasn't . It sounds like favoritism. The manager told me to wait on her return call or email. After a week I got a letter saying MY no reponse forfeited the apartment . Does the government get involved with these senior housing problems ?

Joelynn who has Extension 2 was very rude over the phone to me when I called about being Denied housing. She was very Rude and to keep from telling her off I hung up. I have no use for this Housing Commission and will be reporting them for Discrimination

They are accepting applications if you are 50 or older...call them =)
I believe they only have 1 bedroom apartments and no children allowed.
There a lady in the office. 5 days a wk. Main office. Big Apt building. Next to the church.
No ❗ Just 1 bedroom's... Both buildings. Erin Manor electricity is included in rent..Big building you have to pay your own Electricity... your rent is cheaper by about 4%... People are wonderful. Maintenance people 😍👍... coffee every morning. (Donations) 😁👍
