I moved my dad over here to this complex about 5 years ago love the complex I just moved my mom here right before the pandemic & still was very please up until my moms car was vandalized by a neighbor because she does not want anyone parking in front of her door front there is no assigned parking at the complex & altho my moms vehicle does not belong to the complex by it being a private own complex I feel as something a lil more should of been done other than a phone call to family members so I’ve gotten Eastpointe Police involved because it’s un acceptable matter on my end I’ve never had any complaints up until now & I’m not going to stand for it I do not want my mom feeling as if she can’t be safe nor worried about something happening to her belongings as she resides at this property.otherwise it’s a very nice Complex & I also will & have recommended other seniors & family members to reside there..

The complex is 55 and older. Yes, small pets are allowed and it requires a one time $250 pet deposit . Apartments are first come first serve, and applications aren't on file. I recommend calling frequently to check on availability. I know this was asked some time ago, but it might be needed still or by another viewer. Great Community, quiet, safe and well maintained. Laundry on site, community room.

There are five 2-bedroom units on the property. I can't give you a square footage because every unit is a bit different from each other. These are not cookie cutter apartments. Meaning each unit is not exactly the same as the other. Keep checking with them to see when a two bedroom unit becomes available. When it is, you'll have to go and see it.
Different sizes. Sorry can't say more. They are nice and quiet. If something needs attention they are quick to get it done grounds are kept manicured and clean. Laundry, vending machines and party room
55 and older. Not income based. Income requirement is must have double the rent monthly in income. Example $550 rent = $1100 minimum per month.
