I was once a loyal customer all jokes aside I the last couple of years I brought 3 different cars I’ve had to them and they did me dirty caused more problems stole my radio out of my Chrysler 300 , took my front end cover off my transmission and engine under the hood never put it back on on my Chrysler 200 my Jeep I never let them touch it they gave me poor customer service because of a review I made about them I tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt because I had taken my car there for years only for me to stop taking it there completely because I realized they were the problem and after finding out they were under investigation already for other customer complaints I had enough I could not trust them I’m making this review to help shed light to these shady a** shops who do not care about their customers only the money !!!!!!!!!!! If you can I would strongly recommend you go take your vehicle to a more trustworthy mechanic shop this one is not it ‼️‼️‼️‼️ they give your vehicle more problems never again and they don't even respect your vehicle they give it back to you filthy as well Never Going Back Everything I thought was definitely true they are doing their customers DIRTY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Even the loyal ones because I was one I’ll never again I found a new mechanic

I went for a simple wheel alignment and tire balance tire balance wasn't proper and after I left for the second time one of the lugs came off of my tire not truly recommended
