What a horrible experience I had there with my daughters and their kids, the manager was disrespectful she told us if i were in your place i would take the kids and leave the store, their customer service is just awful, in my knowledge excellent customer service is one of the sales associates or store manager job description, but unfortunately they have all the characteristics of rudeness but not to maintain a good customer service.

Don't ever go with your kids. My kids are very behaved. The manager told me that my kids are out of control and you should take them out and leave, I didn't see her name but she is blond. They are very unprofessional, agrissif, racist and rude. The name of the cashier is chris she was very rude too. I felt that I've been kicked out of the store

Do not go there. They are so rude and unprofessional especially the manager and her cashier chris who should have a good customer service with their customers. The manager treated us so bad.
