I can not thank Tim and the entire staff of Daly & Clemente enough! I was involved in a car accident through no fault of my own and unfortunately became permanently disabled.Tim and his staff fought to get me the maximum compensation to help me move forward.I am forever grateful !

I was a pedestrian hit by a car. Despite having a limited tort policy, Tim Daly helped me to recoup lost wages and funds for pain and suffering. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. Working with him was so easy. Highly recommended!

Questions & Answers

How do I get my car fixed after a car accident?

Diane S | Oct 4, 2022

To get your car fixed, you must make a claim with the third-party insurance adjuster assigned to your claim. The claim adjuster will most likely already have a copy of your accident report and admit liabiliaty. You will then be able to make arrangements to have your car assessed. In the instance where an adjuster does not admit liability, you will need to file your own claim under your insurance policy’s collision coverage.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE OTHER DRIVER'S INSURANCE CALLS ME AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT?

First, you should contact an attorney. You should never speak to the other driver's insurance company on your own. In most scenarios, the insurance company for the other driver (third-party) is looking to settle with you quickly, before you even know of your injuries or are done treating for them. Never let the opposing insurance company force you to do something. The attorneys at Daly & Clemente are here to discuss your car accident with you. Feel free to call us today to discuss your potential case.
