Doesn’t deserve any stars. Firstly they do not provide a big size recycling can for my items unless I pay extra for it. Second they say their customer service is superior? It is highly not. I had several issues with their customer service representatives and they blamed it on them being new (and I talked with several different people. They are all new?) I also got sucked into a contract for 3 years that I was unaware of and when trying to change my service they are going to triple my fine for cancelling early. We were never even aware that we signed a contract for that long and everyone we’ve talked to has never heard of a trash company having contracts this long let alone fining their customers an exorbitant fine and basically forcing them to stay with their company. Not a great way to keep long term customers or get new customers as I would never recommend them to anyone. Save stress your time and your wallet by going with another company.

Service isn't the best and when you try to cancel they tell you that you have a three year contract. I have to pay a 'fuel surcharge' for them to pick up my trash. Stay away from them. They are the worst. They don't deserve one star.

I would never ever get trash services from here ever again. After we cancelled our trash they claim we still owe them money but we don’t. They have poor customer service and on multiple occasions have been rude over the phone. They continue to harass us by constantly sending letters about how we owe them money and it still remains unresolved. Imagine have 2 stars on google and doing nothing to improve, it’s been TWO YEARS. Yet nothing has changed. Be better AJ Bolenski. Luckily where we live there’s better options. A trash company that is literally TRASH. 0 stars if I could.

Do yourself a favor and shop around. They missed my trash and now tell me i need to wait a week and one day due to the holiday. poor customer service. I'm going with Mountz.
