We saw so many dolphins! It was a great trip and a nice surprise to see many dolphins swimming around the boat. The captain did a great job educating us on the dolphins and the surrounding area and also moving the boat so everyone could see the sights. Only suggestion is to improve the PA system as it was a little difficult to hear the speaker.

Yes, the lower deck is accessible for both standard and motorized wheelchairs.
Yes there is plenty of parking in the now defunct aquarium parking lot...not so much by the boat because there are active restaurants and food trucks that also use the cruise parking spaces.
