Everything was great till the end when we were leaving and the escalater was going in the wrong Direction and we had to walk down 7 or 8 flights of steps to get out of there And my wife has a bad knee. We ended up outside on the side of the casino and with another couple we had to walk all the way around to the front just a joke . You would think they would want you to go back in just dump us outside.

Saw KC & the Sunshine Band and the B-52s here. My only wish was that the floor seats were actual plush theater seats instead of folding chairs, which are a little rough on my old bones. 😂 But otherwise the staff was really nice and the concert was incredible.

Yes when you go to the Ocean Casino Resort website and look for the Ovation Hall there should be a seating plan available.

According to Ovation Hall's website: "Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party to deliver tickets."
