Can’t recommend the “above and beyond”service I received from Carl’s enough. There was an accident with regripping my putter and the shaft was cut. Bob, the Manager, gave me a couple different options. I chose to select another putter similar to the odessey I had. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and staff. Thank you again!

This store was my first toe dip into golf to test the waters and see if the sport was something I was truly going to pursue. Luckily when my coworkers and I entered we were greeted by a friendly associate by the name of of Andrew who eagerly and patiently helped me find a set of clubs that fit me and gave me unwavering confidence on the greens. Golf has since turned into a passion not just for me, but my wife and 9year old son as well. ****Flash Forward 7 weeks later and today my family and I went for the same treatment that I got, but this time for my wife and son but unfortunately the associate “Brad” who helped us made my wife feel shameful for asking questions any novice could ask like “do drivers come in shorter length” or if manufacturers vary size one to another etc etc. My wife and I both felt like we were being judged and just stopped inquiring at all and left. I used to look forward to going here, now I may just shop online so my wife and I avoid being treated like that again.****

The range is ALWAYS packed and grass tees are torn up. Actually scratched up my 5 wood pretty badly from the rocks in the grass/dirt tees. The prcatce green and chipping green are nice.
