Have much does its cost to get a copy of my marriage certificate
How to get a copy of my marriage license what do I need and how much money
No you have to go in person , both you and your partner with proper forms of identification.
We just walked in
If you opt for a selfuniting license (tow witnesses required, no officiant necessary) it is $100. *PA, not all states have this option*
No, but you need a form of ID as well as something official that has your social security number.
In Pennsylvania, you have 60 days (after a mandatory 3 day wait from the date you received your license) to complete and submit your license to the appropriate municipal office.
For proof of your ss number yes. But you need your w2 or i9. It has to have your ss number on it.
It has to be a certified letter that states that you're divorce I've never heard of a letter d meaning and divorce on a marriage license
You have to make an appointment online and then they schedule you to come in..and get just the lisence..you need to look for someone to marry you..I can doit if you want ..I have a lisence for marriage couples
Yes you should just to make an appointment a couple of weeks in advance
As far as I know they still do marriage ceremonies there on the 14th
Contact the Register of Wills. There's a charge for it. I think $25 per copy.
Yes
How much would it be
No they will give u the date that u can get married on. U will have 30 days after u get your license to get married
Yes, booking in advance and to see which day and time slot they have open. It's pretty quick and easy, and we didn't wait long at all.. We booked by Email.
Online
I would check the website first and see. Services may be on hold due to the recent restrictions as of November 20. My husband and I got ours early November but we did have to email first to make an appointment to get an application. We just showed up at city hall in September and there was a 2 month wait to make an appointment for the marriage license application. 😬
after three days
Mon - Fri. Appt only. Email form on Phila website for appt. See Phila website regarding marriage license for more info.
You can make an appointment at City Hall and it's $25 but I do think you probably can order one online
No...The people who are getting married both have to go in person to apply for the license
SS card, ID plus fees
90 days before the wedding or you have to pay again
Yes as long as that's municipal you got married in

Yes
check in back of daily news uncontested divorces..
No; however, you MUST have a Philadelphia marriage license. They will not accept licenses from other counties or municipalities. Since the Philadelphia City license is $80-$90 compared to $40-$50 in surrounding counties, you can pretty much consider the difference in price to be the officiant's payment.
You can go any day to obtain a marriage license. But to get a date to get married is a other story
No. You need the license to get married and it will be signed by you, your officiant, and a witness. You send that back to city hall and then they provide you with the certificate staring you've been married.
Yes. You have to both be present to get it, but not to return it.
I think so! But what that means is they give you the license immediately, but it won't be valid until three days later, per the date stamped on it. It is good for 60 days. In Pennsylvania, you can also buy something called a "self-uniting license". Though it also isn't good until three days later, you don't need a judge or clergy to sign it -- just you, your spouse, and two witnesses. It's because there's a large number of Quakers in Pennsylvania and there's no ordained clergy in their church. They cost ten dollars more, but are a good option if your schedule is difficult to work around. You and your witnesses could even potentially post-date them, but you should ask the courthouse about that.
No. They open the book on the 2nd Tuesday of the month to schedule the next month's dates. I went in on March 12th to book an April wedding.
4th floor. I believe it's room 413, just outside the elevators.
No. City Hall observes all federal holidays.
