Extremely unprofessional! The manager in charge does not take responsibility and completely lacks customer service skills. They dropped off an extra tank full of gas that we paid for at the time of delivery, When we discovered there was an extra bottle we called to have them pick it up. After several months calling they finally picked up the extra bottle that was still full of gas that was paid for and turned around and charged me rental fee and interest for having it! My company does not rent we own our own bottles. This is customer service 101 and could of easily been handled as it was not all that much money, Less then 75.00 Not only did the manager ignore my calls to address this issue but he wouldn't return my call. My point for writing this review is simple if a local distributer can not take care or address a 75.00 issue how can you trust them to handle anything or any issue at all. My advise is deal with another distributar. I only gave 1 star because you have to select at least 1 star to post.

Linden in Ogden has always had good prices and everything is in stock. They've also been very helpful to me as a hobbyist. I'll be buying all my consumables there for the foreseeable future.
