What a lovely date spot. They have an inside seating area that is reminiscent of an old 50s diner. The ice cream is delicious but beware, they give you a lot!

A wonderful selection of ice cream flavors. The lemon ice cream is still my number one fave. I have been a customer since I was very small. I always remember how special it was when my parents would bring my siblings and I. This is hands down the best ice cream- ANYWHERE!!!

The two culinary requirements when visiting family in Utah are the Burger Bar and Farr's Ice Cream. Expect a line out the door but not a long wait. There are two levels with indoor and outdoor seating. The bottom does ice cream and the top does floats and drinks as well. The portions are huge and one scoop will be enough for dessert after a meal... or what I like to do... Skip dinner entirely and get 2 or three scoops. They are meals. Bring your Beano if you must for processing dairy, though they also have great Sherberts and sorbet. Shout out to Jeff, who is 60 ane eating a "double scoop" (which was actually 5 scoops) of Lime Rickey sorbet in the picture.

For places outside of our delivery area, we can arrange for shipping of product, but since it is frozen, it is a bit pricey to do so. We do sell Almond Divinity ice cream, but only in 3-gallon containers at this time (this size averages 60-80 scoops). You can purchase it and our entire line of products as well as a variety of other frozen desserts at our Salt Lake plant. We are located at 2575 S 300 W and are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our Green Pineapple flavor is only available in 3-gallon containers. We sell these to scoop shops which can usually scoop a smaller amount for you, but the only size you can buy in a container is 3 gallons. We don't sell this size in stores, but you can purchase it from our factory. If you are interested, you can call 801-484-8724 to check pricing and stock status.

We do occasionally have pints of our frozen custard available, but our smallest size would usually be our 48oz. You can also visit our scoop shops and get a pint hand scooped for you in any of the flavors available there.

Our Bumble Bee Ripple is an exclusive flavor to the ballpark. If you did not see it the last time you were there, then they probably ran out of it that day. If it happens again, ask the concessions manager to make sure and order more. We're glad you like it!

We can ship ice cream to anywhere in the US via FedEx, but most people choose not to go with this option because of the high cost of overnight shipping using dry ice. If you are interested in getting a quote for shipping to your location, please contact our main office at 801-484-8724.
We offer free delivery to businesses in Layton with a delivery account. If you would like to set up an account, please contact our sales team at 801-484-8724. We can also ship ice cream to Layton, but the expensive shipping charges usually deter customers from choosing this option. Our 3 gallons range from about $18 to $30 depending on the flavor. All our products are also available for pick up at our Salt Lake plant at 2575 S 300 W.

Asael Farr and Sons Company is our parent company and we do business as Farr Better Ice Cream, Farr's Ice Cream, Farr's Fresh, Farr*Russell Group, Russell's Ice Cream and Hokulia Shave Ice. There is, however, a Farr Candy Company in Idaho that makes their own ice cream, with whom we have no affiliation.
Unfortunately, we currently only make a plain chocolate in a 3 gallon container, which is not sold in grocery stores. You would be able to purchase this size at our manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City (2575 S 300 W) along with any of the other products we produce and distribute. We also make ice cream mixes in plain chocolate, which you can use to make your own chocolate ice cream at home. These are also available at our plant. Another option would be to go to one of our Farr Better scoop shops and have them scoop some plain chocolate into a smaller container for you.
Yes, we have sorbet in Lime, Peach, Raspberry and Strawberry. We also have a Hokulia Shave Ice at this location which has a variety of dairy free shave ice options.

We sell empty plastic buckets and lids with our logo on them in a 1 gallon size or we have options available in 3 gallon sizes in white plastic and brown kraft paper. These may not be available at our Ogden location, but you can get them at our Salt Lake plant. Call 801-484-8724 for pricing.
