OK so I go here every time I need to take snacks to my work. They recognize me now, I go so much. I love how quickly they get the bagels out. It's Einstein so the bagels are amazing. Prices are great! She finally convinced me to order from the app. I got my order right when I got there but the smears were not in a bag, they were just sitting next to my boxes of bagels. There were no knives or napkins in the bagels. When I asked for a bag for the smears he asked me if I had paid for them already. I didn't realize there were no knives until I got to work. Bummer.

Although I've had Einstein Bagels before (delicious. love it) I've never physically gone inside of one to order for myself. Yesterday was my first time ever stepping into a shop. Overall my experience was fine. However, the first person I spoke to who took my order (didn't catch his name) was quite rude. He seemed to be maybe the manager or shift lead as he was kinda directing employees. Being my first time actually ordering, I had a couple of questions and although I glanced at the menu before walking in, didn't entirely know what I was doing. He was very snippy. You could tell he was irritated with my slowness to order. There were only 2 of us inside the shop so not sure why he felt the need to be so hasty. I know they have online orders etc. but still... It caused me to cut my order short and not take a look at the drink options. I can't control my face and as our encounter proceeded I started raising my eyebrows and changing my tone in defense. He noticed and kinda chuckled about it which leads me to believe he is well aware of his behavior. I will be visiting at a different time or different location altogether next time. I'm already an extremely anxious person and for that to happen my first time, really put a bad taste in my mouth. Gave 3 stars because the food was great and the other employees were kind or at the very least regular!

You don't have to be anyone special to enjoy a bagel. Einstein bagels are heaven come to Earth. Delicious no matter what you order. O the choices to be made!

I’m sure they’re doing their best, the staff are friendly, but how does it so long to slang some bagels? Long lines, and always move slow.
