Wasn’t home to sign for a letter so I scheduled to come pick it up. Drove the 15 minutes there and was told they can’t find it but they’d ask the driver if she had it. I gave them my number and took their number because I knew nobody would call me. Signed the paper so it could be delivered. End of the day comes around and no call, so I call the number I was given and it doesn’t work. Had to wait the weekend, called again today and they found it, not with the driver, and I now have to drive back to pick it up. An hour of driving for a letter.

Pretty cool. Had a guy answer the phone on my 11th call in today. Pretty rude over the phone, it's my 3rd time having to go in to this office in 2 years because I think they have guys stealing my packages.

Package reported as delivered to neighborhood cluster box. Searched high and low for the package, reported online and went to post office (twice so far). Told they'll investigate and get back to me, nothing yet. I'd wait for the postal carrier, but not in this heat. Don't know what recourse I have over a $50 loss. Worse than porch pirates.

Plenty of parking. Automatic doors that open for you are handy when you are carrying a handful of packages. A self service area if you want to do it yourself. P.O. Boxes available. Friendly and speedy staff take care of business. Clean, roomy, but sometimes crowded. Packing materials, cards and other items for sale.

Love it
Go to the post office and show them your lease, driver license and I think utility bill. Then they will issue you a key. It normally take 4-7 days until you get your key.
Not for public use
You can do a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month rental. Cost is about $8 a month for the smallest size. The USPS website shows the different prices and availability for each office.
It can be picked up at the post office. Go to the windows and they'll get it for you.
If the mail hasn't gone out for the day we can search for it, if it has it's nearly impossible unless it has a tracking number on it
The US Postal Service doesn't offer notary services at USPS Post Offices, however, contract offices or community post offices, i.e. Post offices staffed by and located within a private company, e.g. The UPS Store, often do. Also if you are a member of a credit union or bank, they will notarize for free. There may be small fee if you aren't a customer or member.
