Drove 45 minutes to this location because our contents we needed mailed didn't arrive to the location and somehow got separated from the packaging from our local post office the first time. The man who helped us went above and beyond for us and made sure our package was secure and packed well so we didn't have another issue like the last one. Excellent service and the drive was well worth it!

Payed to have a package shipped over night for $40 and it says it hasn't left the shipping state. Package was very important that it arrived the next day. Have been on hold for over a hr waiting on customer service for them to tell me that weather didn't allow their plane to leave now i won't see it till 3 days later. Horrible !!!!!!!!
