Would have given 5 stars but ticket left on my door had no information. 800 number on the back was no help. A gentleman at a local receiving center gave me a number to local UPS location.

Yes, sadly I was that customer. I came home tired and cranky but excited to open my package that was delivered earlier today. It was cold and very rainy and I walked completely around my place but no package. So I called UPS. After 3 calls I’m connected to a wonderful employee that helped me even though I was not a happy (or completely polite) customer. Long story short(er), I talked with 3 employees and each were helpful and DID work to resolve my problem. All were very professional and definitely need a pay raise! Situation was resolved and I had my package in about an hour. Thank you so much UPS!! Great job!!!!
