Gave this place three stars because of the room not being clean. There was hair in the bathroom and the shower was dirty. Not to mention there was an unpleasant odor in the room when I entered. I travel with cleaning supplies and there was no need to call and complain. I cleaned my room and made it work! The employees are friendly. I had an issue with the tv and the guy promptly came up and resolved the issue. The food I order from the bar was delicious and the bartenders were great. I was traveling on business and enjoyed my stay. The view is beautiful!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of Norfolk! The rooms were also very clean! The staff was very nice and welcoming. There was only an indoor pool and it was a bit outdated. There were 2 family reunions and some other event going on this weekend, so it was very crowded. It took us over an hour to get our wings and fries but it they were delicious so I guess it was worth it. The drinks from the bar were also very good! Will definitely stay again, hopefully when it’s not as crowded

Our overall stay was pleasant and location is pretty good too. It’s by the water and has great views through the windows. To get around places you have to constantly cross the tunnel. Pros Clean rooms and updated bathroom w sliding door Good location Offers indoor parking Cons Bad room service We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, never offered fresh towels nor toiletries. When I called the front desk I was told that they don’t clean rooms on daily basis but 4 days straight?

Updated rooms which where nice. Bathrooms have a sliding barn door. Looks nice but not private. Elevator was broken and made the trip from the parking garage to the rooms very long. No outdoor security. Homeless people where walking around asking for money and cigarettes. Uncomfortable with our small children. The inside is deft grand. Service was good. Everyone was accommodating. No room service and no housekeeping. It was hard to get fresh towels and toilet paper. Nice gym. Pool was clean and warm. Hot tub was sealed off. The breakfast was simple ok. It’s just a basic breakfast. The bar is really nice. The views are amazing. A little disappointed in the hotel. The price was good for three rooms for two nights though. Our bathroom door got stuck for over 2 hours. I had to pull it off the glide by myself. Maintenance offered 15k points. About 10 bucks. Normally not a big deal but we called and went down there multiple times. Our baby’s formula was trapped in the room and there was no sense of urgency to help.
