I love living in Edgefield. From the office staff to maintenance, everyone is kind, helpful, and hardworking. They go above and beyond by providing activities to bring the community together. If you have maintenance needs they will be there on the double. Give them a try you will love it.

I've been here for over 2 years now and i love my apartment. I'd like to commend Devonna, Larry and the entire maintenance crew BEST EVER. If anything needs repairing its always speedy and great work. I really appreciate how the office keeps our packages so they don't have to go back to post office. Very friendly and courteous team. Thanks Edgefield. Get me a patio so i can cookout then I'll move it to 5 stars 👍👍👍👍😀

I moved to Edgefield Apartments in January of 2016. I absolutely love living here. The community is in a quite area of Churchland. I never have any issues with neighbors or surrounding neighborhoods. When ever there is a need for something to be fixed in the apartment, Edgefield staff is prompt in making sure the issues is handled and resolved. The staff are incredibly kind and their customer service couldn't be better. Before I had moved to Edgefield, I had moved from DC to Portsmouth, I had looked at multiple apartments within the area. What made me choose Edgfield was the front office Staff. They were very welcoming and answered any questions I had. The community has a lot of grassy area for your pets to walk and sniff around. The playground is well kept so kids can enjoy some time outside. Edgefield also has a beautiful pool that is manned by a life guard to keep all residents and their guest safe. I'd highly recommend Edgefield as a place to live for a single person or a family.
