This is a pretty quiet community. However, they do not have scheduled pest control nor carpet cleaning. Unless you ask to be put on a list you will not have it. And then it still may take months to be done cause the list has to have more people. After years of living here your carpet will not be replaced, even after having several floods which involved the carpet being full of water. I was told by management that they do not replace carpet. At this point there may be mold and mildew under the carpet. The company they sent out to clean the carpet upon our request, after trying to clean the carpet...they said that the carpet should be replaced,, it can not be cleaned at this point and it was cheap and old.. I am disabled with very sensitive conditions. This complex is not considerate of its tenants but make you pay their money on time while do nothing for you it's offensive, you being a good tenant for years. Not fair at all. Do not want to go back to another hospital because of mold and mildew..

Don’t move here. I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a week now to simply get an application emailed to me. I don’t live close enough to travel every time they don’t answer the phone. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I’ll take my deposit and go elsewhere. Truly afraid to move there now cause if I ever needed something from the main office, I know I’ll never get it

This apartment complex was extremely Clean, Peaceful and such a Beautiful place to live just one year ago and now it seems to have gone to the dumps 😔 It’s turning into -almost like a project and it’s so unfair with the cost of the Rent out here! Not sure how new tenants are bein screened or if they are at all but it’s like they allow Anyone to move out here now! The kids are coming in Droves and they are the Most Disrespectful kids I’ve ever seen! Someone has put a basketball goal in the parking lot which I feel is Great and gives the kids something to do-except for the fact that they play in that spot all day long and just throw their trash all over in that spot and there’s a Dumpster just feet away🤷🏾‍♀️!!! I just don’t understand it? If I had a Son out there playing-I would give him a trash bag and make him pick up every piece of paper just for being out there! We’ve tried talking to the kids and ask them to take pride in their community and try to keep it clean! Where are the PARENTS???? Why doesn’t the Property Manager say something? Do Something??? I just don’t Understand??? You try to talk to the kids and they Curse you out!!! And I’m talking about 10yrs. to maybe 15yrs old!!! Really not happy with the way this place is turning out😔 What a difference a Year makes🤔 Please Let’s do our part and keep our Community Clean like it once was👍🏽 This is So Unattractive 😏

My name is DJ I have lived at Victory village for nearly 9 years. Myself,roommate,and wife have as well. This community is by far the BEST place I have ever lived in. I have stayed in a two as well as a three bed room; which i am in currently. I am wheelchair bound as well as my roommate, my wife uses a cane as well as a scooter. i am in a newly renovated handicapped apartment, and DEAR GOD does it make my life easier. Miss Laura G the property Manager is BY FAR the absolute most wonderful person in the entire world. She is so dedicated to her job and really cares about every one. She also Always treats everyone the same. The maintenance staff as well as the courtesy officer Shawn L help keep the grounds clean safe, and running smoothly. Out of all of the places I have live NOTHING will ever top Victory Village Apartments Thank You DJC
