Ordered a large Cajun dirty rice got a large macaroni and cheese ordered a small macaroni cheese to go with the chicken meal and the order was messed up. Was hard drive and just unedible biscuits were hard and dry the only thing to my surprise that was good was the tea. The quality of this food at Bojangles has gone down tremendously I will never eat there again.

Great chicken and fast service. We stopped on our way to Maryland by way of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and had a quick lunch. The fries were great, the chicken tenders hot, my chicken sandwich tasty, but cold. A little disappointed with that. If we hadn't been in a hurry, I might have asked for a hot one. It wouldn't keep me from stopping next time. I recommend.

Staff is okay and Cleanliness Eh! This location has a lot to overcome. All I can say is they survive the best way they can. "Food is always good", if they can get the order correct. Staff is a hit or miss, sometimes they are polite a sometimes you feel like you are inconveniencing them coming there to order your food.

I have visited this Bojangles around 6-8 times in the last year and a half, so my review is based on my cumulative experience. I find the food inconsistent. There are times where everything is fresh and delicious. Other times the biscuit has been dry and the chicken really tough. Sometimes the fries are seasoned, but other times they are not, and I’m not sure why it changes. The service has always been on the poor side. I tried asking questions about how to order certain items in a combo or if they needed to be separate, but they couldn’t help. Those taking the order are normally short with you. The last cashier simply said, “Drink,” rather than asking what I would like to drink, and she sounded extremely irritated. I considered three stars based on my overall experiences over the last 18 months, but the quality of the food has declined in the past several months. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be going much, if at all, any longer since it seems to be getting worse continually.
