I can believe the bad reviews this place looks like a war zone when you ride pass people standing in and around the hallway trash everywhere broken blinds at almost every window multiple crimes out here rent office for better and charge those tenants for those broken blinds

Maintenance is non existent. They keep raising rent saying they're making improvements when they are doing the opposite. Nothing works right and Maintenance will just close the request with no resolution or reason. The office is never open and when you talk to them they say we'll make sure they get right on it and nothing comes of it. Everything's dirty and rundown

I really don't understand why the rent is $1000. If the rent could go down to $650 then residents wouldn't be complaining about pests and ridiculous fees that don't even make sense. If this place can do that then people might want to stay, regardless of the bugs. The issue here is the rent. Ever since covid, the rent has gone up too much. People are struggling to get by because of this ongoing pandemic. Please help us people out and fix this. We're trying to survive just like you guys.

Maintenance is atrocious. They also will raise your rent hundreds every new lease while doing less and less to the grounds and making no improvements to the apts or community. The grounds and common use halls used to be cleaned daily. They shut down the laundry facilities for months to improve them but didn't do anything. Also no security now where they used to patrol all the time. There's been a noticed posted on the common door about adding locks to the outside doors for over a year and hasn't been done. They charge you for every thing including monthly pest control which is someone coming once a year and putting glue traps from Walmart in a couple places.
