My family and I went here around New Year’s Day 2022, and none of us were impressed. Maybe it’s because the food is so European, with the dining style following suit, but we did not enjoy it. The food seemed mediocre, but again that might be a result of unrefined palates. The most frustrating part, however, was the insane wait for food and the bill at the end. Not to mention that the bill seemed egregiously large. Also, if it is your first time at this restaurant, they will not give you the check at the end until you ask for it, as that is “the European way,” so beware newcomers. Simply not my taste

Cafe Europa is a diamond in the rough. Our meal there will give us special memories for months to come. The whole experience - from exceptional service, classy ambiance, and phenomenal food - left us in awe. The menu combines French, Italian and other international influences. We shared a starter and two mains, as well as a dessert each. Perfect for a special occasion, date night, or just because. Will absolutely go back.

Very much enjoy dining here. It’s unique and tasty. You can tell all the food is made by the same chef with a lot of time and effort put into seasoning and recipes. Especially nice when they have live music

Fine dining at it's best. Very lovely and sophisticated ambiance. The staff were very welcoming and very attentive. Each course was mouth watering. Cafe Europa is a must, if your in the Norfolk area and looking for a delicious meal.

Open new years eve but reservations are filling up. Deposit required on tables.
There will be several options, all delicious
No. It's a restaurant, no store.
Right now there aren't any Polish restaurants in Tidewater. We have German and Hungarian they share some similarly but are not Polish. There is pierogy factory in Norfolk. http://pierogimarx.wixsite.com/homemadepierogies You have to head north like DC/Arlington before you will find what you are looking for.
You can dress any way you want but just to be ensemble with the ambience not have shorts or or flip flaps. The restaurant is very french and dressed up with white table clothes and the servers a e all dressed up with their uniforms. Reservation is need it just to be on the safe side. Enjoy it. 😎
