(zero stars) I do not write a lot of reviews, only if I am extremely impressed or very, very disappointed. I visited this resort and made a reservation with them in early February 2022, booking for the month of January 2023, as we really liked the resort and were willing to pay the higher rate for a nice place. This week, many people who had reservations like me received an email that stated that rates went up and we would be charged the new rate. If we wanted we could cancel - and must cancel within 30 days of the email, or would start losing a % of the deposit. No apologies, no explanation, that's it. This is a very disappointing action from this resort and clearly shows they do not care about their rental customers. Sure, other resorts may be raising rental prices, but they are not doing it to people who have already reserved and were told what the cost would be. My increased cost was close to $800. Shame on you, you know how hard it is to get a reservation in the winter months and you are just assuming that people will pay the extra money as places have filled up. The great thing is, we found another resort who had an opening and I am super happy with their facility, customer service and willingness to help us.

I would not recommend this place, your reservation doesn't mean anything, can be changed as they wish, even with deposit down. Stay away.

Be very careful making a reservation. They will cancel your reservation if they find someone who will stay longer even if you have paid your entire bill in advance. And they will not find you another site. They just call, cancel and hang up, leaving you with no option. I would not stay here even if the site were offered to me for free! After reading the resort’s response I am even more upset. Their own rules say that they reserve the right to change sites, NOT that they have the right to just cancel the reservation because they got a better deal. Using their reasoning the person that reserved for two weeks better get ready to be canceled when someone wants the spot for 3-4 weeks! Just plain ridiculous and SERIOUSLY poor business practices by a greedy, terribly run resort.

Horrible Experience, If you like non stop construction noise, Horrible internet, Terrible staff then this is for you! The resort Discriminated against us as a big Family constantly following us around while making up the rules as they go, it's also unpatriotic we had to leave because of them supporting the Canadian flag over the United States Flag. The whole week was so miserable I wouldn't wish it on anyone. 1 star customer service 1star for internet speed 1star for creepy Campground host peeking in my rv 1 star for trickle water pressure 1 star for noise constant construction and beeping tractors Very expensive place and rudest Campground we've ever been too!
