Capstone IT has been great. Our headquarters is in Rochester, NY, but we have an important branch office in Jupiter, FL. Remote IT management is tough, and Capstone has been a boon - whether it's a major systems install or a quick "the printer isn't working!," Capstone has been fast, helpful and reliable - everything you could need in an IT partner!

Thanks for your question, Chet! We have clients that range from about 8 users to 250 users. We work with businesses who do not have an internal IT staff and some who do have a small internal IT team as well.

Why should I use 2 Factor Authentication?

After making sure that you use complex passwords for accounts, change those passwords often and do not use the same password for multiple accounts, two-factor or multi-factor authentication is another defense against hackers. This is an easy (and free) way to protect your accounts. It can cut down on 95% of cyber-security attacks and protect your business data.
