Lived here for two years. I am very clean but we saw multiple roaches that run inside when you open the front door (wood roaches from the trees) On top of that, there was live mold in our bathroom above the shower as well as in the laundry closet. I had been sick in my chest for a couple months and was finally given medicine for the symptoms, but I never felt better until I ACTUALLY moved. Be careful before you move here and bring your kids and animals. The only positives are the location and the staff. They are all very responsive and kind.

I have absolutely had the best experience with the ladies (Jean & Michelle-manager!) in the office. I’ve been quite a needy pain in the behind 😛😆and they have been so incredibly patient, kind, attentive, easy to work with and truly made a really difficult time in my life soooo much better! They had me in an apartment in less than 24 hours, it was beautiful, clean and perfect! I’m beyond thrilled to be here and my girls & dogs are just beyond tickled as well!! Thank you both, you’ll never know how much more y’all have done for me!! When Covid restrictions lift I’m coming back to SQUEEZE you both with a hug with so much thankfulness!! ❤️❤️

Hanover Crossing Apartments deserves 10 STARS!!! I am a Nashville native. My family and I had never lived in an apartment community. Hanover Crossing has been so welcoming and our experience has been more than great! Through our pandemic they have been patient. They go above and beyond for my family and so many in our community. We love it so much we just signed a year lease. Thank you for all you do Hanover Crossing Apartments!
