Always liked dealing with Penn stone in the past and to be fair they still treat us pretty good when delivering product to our job sites, but lately their customer service is extremely poor when stopping in to pickup product at the yard. The last couple times we were there it seemed as though the yard workers thought we were a bother, and after being the only customer parked there for 10 minutes finally flagged down a fork lift driver to tell him he needs to load us.. and the one time I even almost had to help the worker find the product I wanted.. even though it's a very common product. As I said before I used to like dealing with this company but it seemed like there choice to mandate the vaccine for their workers maybe got rid of all their food employees... Sad that they put politics ahead of customer satisfaction.

Salesman would not even provide me a price when asked about EP Henry in stock. When I asked him about pricing for a 6' x 12' retaining wall, He told me he could not provide it unless I had an engineering study done, and a certified contractor lined up. When I asked him if he was refusing to give me any more information unless I had certified drawings he said yes. I was simply pricing things out.
