Washer leak. Scheduled appt. 10/3/22. The guys came looked at my machine and gave a $289.00 quote to fix the hose and dryvac.. I was told the problem was fixed and I could resume the laundry. As soon as I completed the first load there again was water in the pan that the washer is sitting on. I called and was immediately given another appointment for toay 10/4/22. The same 2 men showed up this time the machine was lifted up and I was told that it's probably the machine, not the hose as determined yesterday? Although one guy says the hose was damaged and just maybe the current leak is residual water; however they didn't bother to attempt to get the water up. I had already paid $300.00 yesterday... the least they could've done was really take a look at the machine instead of guessing what the problem is. So now I have called Constellation home to have someone come out to take a real look at my washer. It's poor customer service, not how they speak to you or the friendliness of the technicians; it's the quality of work.
