My experience was so/so. My tech was very respectful, nice and professional. What threw me of was the price to snake a bath tub clog, $750 when I've had it priced at 300$ from other companies but the other one was not able to fix the problem like roto rooter did. The tech did break the tub sewer pipe snaking it and had to replace the piping which cost me and extra $150. I'm happy that the problem seems to fixed and that my tech was nice but the price was outrageous.

FANTASTIC ! In 40 years of managing rental property I have NEVER HAD SERVICE THIS GOOD. My technician cleaned the floor around the pipes and drains , cleared 3 pipes including an outside clogged drain and even cleared all leaves away from the drain. He noticed an unsupported water line and fixed it. He tested all the drains throughly after he finished because he guaranteed that I would not pay the total bill unless the problem was resolved. From the first call to Roto Rooter , to the call from the dispatcher and the on time arrival of the Technician everything was handled by knowledgable , friendly and professional people. They all treated me with respect for my knowledge of plumbing , explained what my costs would be and delivered EXACTALLY what they promised. No other contractor I called could provide the service I needed and they were only out to make money. They were rude when I questioned them about their services and costs. Roto Rooter had the right equipment , the superb staff and the BEST TECHNICIAN I have ever seen.I was a Xerox Tech Rep for 37 years and I KNOW GOOD SERVICE WHEN I SEE IT. My heartfelt thanks to all of the folks who resolved a very difficult problem for me and my tenants ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
