The nurses and doctors here are lovely. I just had my first baby in July, and as a new mom who worries constantly, the cherry tree office has been nothing but wonderful. They always make time to see you, and the nurses are always so quick to call me back when I leave a message. Everyone is so sweet and empathetic. The receptionists are also very nice. I also love that the rooms are decorated really cute which helps my son stay calm and distracted looking at all the shapes and colors vs. just sitting in some boring exam room.

I have been bringing my kids here for over 12 years but will never take them back there again when they refused to help my child in agonizing pain due to not being able to get into a dentist until tomorrow. Sure they don’t do dental work but I can’t get a hold of the dentist to get him pain relief so logically I would call his peds office who has every single record of his since birth to help with pain until we can get in tomorrow and they refused. Instead told me to go to an ER. Which I don’t have Medicaide so nothing is free. Rather then paying a co pay for a drs office visits and temporary pain relief for less then 24 hours they send me to an ER to pay thousands of dollars because that’s what an ER costs even with insurance when you have a deductible. I’m a single mama and can’t afford that. Unbelievable they would let a child sit in pain. So disgusted and disappointed. Will never take them back because there is nothing special about the office anyway. I

We have had my daughters urine sample misplaced twice in the last few weeks. One by UV Pediatrics Aftercare and one by Cherry Tree office. It's been hard to treat her UTI correctly because of this. Please look into your process' and perhaps training, thank you.

One of my friends recently got a horrible ear pain but she doesn't know if she could go to the cherry tree clinic (it's super close to her house) to get it checked because she is 20. Could she get an appointment or should she look else where?
