Absolutely abysmal customer service. When I was directed to go to two offices in Provo, I asked which one I would need to go to for my address, and his response was “You’re just gonna have to try and see which is the right one.” What a joke.

Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep the postmen from their appointed rounds...unless there is a locked door, a lot of stairs, or the carrier is lazy. Then, yeah, your mail may get lost.

Whoever designed their automated phone system I am not a fan of. The system is miserable

So genuinely the worst experience in customer service EVER. We not only waited for 45 min just to be seen, but after another 15 minutes, the man who “helped” us, Tracy, was horrible. He would not answer our questions and took to condescending us. Clear disrespect of customers and his job. I can absolutely say I will absolutely never use this post office again, and if I am required to (seeing as this is the literal United States postal office and unfortunately we are stuck with services that don’t work.) I will refuse to speak to anyone until a supervisor is present. Once I spoke to the supervisor, he was kind, courteous, understanding and timely. Overall the supervisor (I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name) is the only reason I have not escalated this further or given a worse review. I feel awful after this visit and incredibly disrespected as well as insulted. If the post office does read these, I think it would be valuable to look into their employees. Obviously from the other reviews this isn’t a rare occurrence. :(

I would go in and make sure it wasn't accidentally put on hold for one reason or another. I've had times that I don't get anything for a week or two but rarely.
Yes by appointment only. You can schedule online at USPS.com
Hello go to USPS.com..look for either change or forward address..they will charge like 2$..I did it and it worked..I heard you can also go to the office but online beats the hassle
Lobby will be open but there won't be any desk services or mail delivery.
If you are talking about the blue boxes they have times on them. But usually after 4
Go to their office and complain, go back the same day as many times as you need until you get your pacakge. If they tell you your pacakge is in a other mailbox and that they are going to leave a key for you, don’t believe this. It’s an old excuse they use all the time. If they tell you they are going to call you back. Don’t believe this either. If they tell you they are leaving their personal number, don’t believe this either. They just give you usps number and no one answers. Document everything they tell you, dates, and names of people you talk to and file an online complaint. Post a review in google and Facebook so they finally maybe will hire competent employees that don’t lie.
