Forever Grateful Chris Keen and his Staff helped me through a very stressful and difficult time in my life. I did not know who to turn to do or what to do. My daughter in-law suggested I called Chris. So glad I followed her suggestion. I was in great hands from the very beginning. Chris was there for me every step of the way through out the 4 year process. I highly recommend Chris. He is very knowledgeable about Immigration Law. He believed in me and fought for me. He never gave up which helped me to continue through the long process and disappointments. This year I was able to attend my Oath Ceremony and receive my Certificate of Citizenship. Chris Keen and his staff are truly amazing and they will be there for you every step of the way. I am forever grateful for what Chris has done for me and my family.

We highly recommend that anyone looking into starting any process with USCIS first consult with an attorney. They can help answer all your questions and give you guidance in the consultation. Many of our clients leave their consultation with confidence and reassurance.
Thank you for contacting us. We have different rates for the types of cases, and which one of our team is working on your case for. Every case is different, but we should be able to give you a price after we carefully review your case in consultation. Consultation fees are $ 150 for most immigration cases and $ 250 for criminal and complex cases. To make an appointment, call us after 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Generally, there is not a pathway from H-2B visa to Permanent Residency. While the unskilled worker permanent visa, EB-3, may be an option there are some real practical difficulties with making this work for many applicants. There may be other options depending on your personal situation. In order to determine how we can best help, it would require a comprehensive consultation to determine your eligibility. We charge $150 for this type of consultation which is below the normal hourly rate. Please contact us to schedule the consultation by calling 1-801-374-5336 during business hours, and we would be happy to help you.
