Currently no, there is not.
I believe that is University property and there are several no dogs allowed signs throughout the grounds. Furthermore, that area is full of algae (currently). There are better places on the Lakeshore in Algoma.
No, I never seen nobody fishing here I guess it's a place to be just enjoying of the nature .blessing
