Great tacos, however, whenever I order for pickup or delivery something is always missing. I have had drinks left out and whole tacos missing twice now. There needs to be a better process for making sure everything is included in the order.

Customer service is 1000% great. From the cashier (Christina) that took our order to the management and staff attending to us. A homeless man came in and I offered him the rest of my food because I didn't want it anymore. Within minutes the management and team (Ben and V) came to check if I was ok and apologized. I assured them that I offered the man the remaining food and they insisted to replace the food. I let them know it was intentional but I've never been anywhere that was so on point. I really appreciate the staff here. I barely had time to blink my eyes before they came to check on me.

I've long heard of the Torchys brand and was so happy to go by and try whilst we were down here in Texas and loved it. This particular store said they had just re-opened like 3 hrs before we got there so there were some hiccups expected but in the end, we got everything we wanted and more. Loved having so many taco options and the special queso dip was just as good as the woman at the counter recommended. They were very friendly and helpful for us first-timers. Also, not for nothing, good sweet tea too.
