Jacqueline is a true professional - she always asks me how my body has been since my last visit, she can tell the condition of my muscles by massage versus me having to tell her, and she knows which muscles to target when there is an issue in an area. I started going to Jacqueline for regular sports massages and then required weekly treatment when I developed severe neck pain. Jacqueline corrected my neck issue within 2 months through deep tissue work and targeting muscles I didn't even know existed or were related to the cause of the neck pain. Zalla massage has provided me a place to go for the utmost professionalism and comfort to receive relief through body tissue work and massage therapy. Went in for a couples massage- much needed after getting caught up in rush hour in an unfamiliar town! We ran a couple of minutes behind because of this but the staff was extremely gracious. Everyone we talked to was friendly and inviting, and the receptionist gave us some ideas for things to do while in town. The studio was very pretty and inviting. I'm a bit sad that we didn't arrive early enough to wait and enjoy the space more! The actual massage was lovely and relaxing. Our masseuses were attentive and good about making sure pressure and other factors were okay. I appreciate my masseuse asking for permission to touch my hair in order to move it out of the way. I would love to return if I find myself in the area again.
