DONT GO HERE, THEY WONT HELP YOU.

Most unorganized health department I've ever seen. They request information from you, that you don't have access too, and if you don't give it to them, they cancel your appointment. Strict 'no-late' policy, but when you get there (even on time) they have you wait 30mins- 1 hour to see your practitioner. The people/doctors/practitioners there use excuses on why not to follow through with your appointment. Y'all just sound lazy, and mad that you aren't REAL doctors. Mad yall went to school to become some booshie sketchy doctors, that don't really wanna help people. In it for the money typa doctors. I'd tell alot of the people there to start looking for new career paths, if this is how they're gonna treat people.

Been sitting here in my cold car for 20 minutes for a Covid test that was to begin at 10:30. There’s 2 people standing outside a tent doing nothing. A line of about 20-30 cars juicy lined up waiting!!

Yes they do
803-785-6550 ask for wic department and you will be transferred.
They don't give them but they do loan them and it's covered by your insurance. If I'm not mistaking you have to have it approved by your doctor like if it were a prescription!

The WIC application has to be filled out in person. There isn't an application online.
If the voucher has already been cashed, they cannot replace it for that month. But you can go in with your remaining vouchers and ask them to switch to prescription
Yes
You don't.
You cannot get a TB test done at the health department. Midlands exam and drug screening on highway 378 down from LMC can do it.
