Called their office yesterday and got an appointment for passport application scheduled for today. Process was super easy. Make sure you bring all the necessary documents and checks for payment (call their office and ask for paperworks needed and accepted form of payment) The clerk was super nice and helpful too. Just FYI, they don't process passport applications on Fridays as I was told

Yes, it will be done after booked in, they will run a warrant check and it should pop up
Contact the clerk of court for a packet
Generally speaking you have 15 days to pay from the date of court. If you were planning to come to court just contact the court, they'll point you in the right direction
