I am currently leaving from out of the drive through here at Popeyes at this location and on the website it says they open at 10 AM but when I arrive I was told they open at 11 AM is this ???true

Online says they close at 11 pm on Fridays but when I placed an online order and arrived at the store 10 minutes later @ 10:20 pm...they were closed ! Charged my card and all !
