Hot, but not too hot. I had the chicken dish because I was hungry and I wanted something tasty. My wife ordered the pho which is a big bowl of soup. When the dishes arrived, I was pleased to see that mine appeared substantial with nice chunks of chicken. I tried her pho and it was very tasty, too.

Demi's can really rock the vegetarian adaptations of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. I was very curious if vegan pho could taste anywhere near as good as traditional pho made with beef bones. Answer is YES! I loved how it still was rich in flavor and tasted so fresh and bright. Served with tofu cubes and seitan for protein. They take the time to prep their ingredients well, as I noticed the snow pea ends were actually trimmed off. Many other reviews mention small portion sizes, but mine was perfect for me to not take any leftovers home. Definitely coming back again!

Worst experience I have ever had here. When we (2 of us)came in there were 3 other tables of 2 already seated and eating . We got our beverages and appetizer within 10 minutes. Meanwhile the other tables finished up and were leaving. We had placed our dinner order when we placed our appetizer. New people came in and some placed orders to go, some sat down for service. 40 minutes after we received our appetizer we asked if they had forgotten our food, we were told that they were slammed with to-go orders and our order was coming right up. The next order that comes out of the kitchen is for 2 bowls of soup for the table that came in 30 minutes after us!!! We usually eat here a couple times a month. We walked out. Don't know if we will ever be back!!!
