The Office staff is great. It is especially great with Kristina being there on the weekends for those issues that may arrive and Stacy in my he office ant other times. Overall not a bad place to live, great location and amenities.

The staff in the office is great! When ever there is an issues it gets resolved. Kristina is fantastic she is always available especially on the weekend for those of us that have only weekends off. She is alway ready to help! Stacy is also helpful at getting things handled too! They make a great team.

I have lived at Lakeside Terrace almost 30 years. The office is great, especially Stacy. I have had several maintenance issues over the years and they take care of everything to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I tell all my friends they should live here.

The city of Sterling Heights is perfect for both work and play. With several well-known employers in the area, it is quickly growing into a professional hub of diverse talent and home to national and international corporate headquarters. Nearby employers include Fiat Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, Mayco Plastics, General Dynamics Land Systems, KUKA Systems, BAE Systems and US Farathane Corporation.
The fitness center is decked out with the best aerobic and strength training equipment. Private decks are available with views of the lake. Inside the apartments, spacious, light-filled rooms offer everything from GE brand appliances to extra storage, private entries and even full-sized washers and dryers. Some floor plans even boast such extras as cathedral ceilings and huge walk in closets.
Lots of restaurants on Hall Road by the apartments. Lakeside Mall a block away. Parks close by.
