Mr. Windshield . . . It's all about customer service, quality of product, and prompt service. Mr. Windshield has all of these qualities x's 10. I filed a claim with ins. co. for passenger door glass replacement. The claim was directed to Safelite Auto Glass. The 3rd party company that acts as an intermediary directed me to Safelite - without letting me know I didn't have to use Safelite. The CSR I had 1st contact with out of Ohio was rude. Scheduled me for at- home service the following wk. The day before I used Safelite's chat bot to confirm the appt. [There is no direct phone to contact]. The chat bot provided a phone number. Called and was told there was no appt in system. But did schedule me for following morning at 8am at a local safelite shop. I asked if that location had required product. She said system would not allow for scheduling if product not in. Following morning recd call at 7:30a.m. from safelite stating product not in - they would call when in. A wk went by. I stopped in at the safelite shop - The very rude lady at the desk said glass not in and had absolutely no idea when they would get it in. I mean no idea at all. The next wk I heard about Mr. Windshield. Contact with their CSR - Emily - was a breath of fresh air. Appt made. Glass replaced in 1 hour. I had the opportunity to meet the owners of Mr. Windshield. What a pleasure. Absolutely customer oriented - courteous, friendly and professional. Service technicians are top notch. Today I noticed a chip in the windshield on my other vehicle. I stopped in at Mr. Windshield and within 30 minutes chip was repaired. What more can be said. Safelite - AWFUL. Mr. Windshield - GREAT.

This place is great for all your windshield needs, called for estimate and was able to change it the same day. Less than a hour for replacement just great service and great staff thanks...
