Rude owner . I called to see if they have room and she answered like i was an inconvenience lost a costumer. Never understand why people open businesses if they are not willing to be nice to their costumers.

She is currently open for business and doesn't seem like shes closing.
You should call the store for that one. As far as I know most restaurants are closed so that their families can spend time with their children . But please call the restaurant.
I enjoy breakfast at Theresa's. I eat there every Thursday morning with a group of six to eight friends. Everybody is friendly and helpful. We love the place.
Tamiami Trail is 14th St W in that area. They have outdoor seating available, so probably pet friendly
There is limited parking right behind the restaurant and a free parking lot across the street and 1 block north on 14th St.
