Wills are not filed until the person dies. THen it is filed with the Register of Wills Office. You need to find the original will among her belongings if you can or call the attorney she used to prepare the will, if an attorney prepared it

The probate takes place in the county where the decedent lived. In this case, because North Wales is in Montgomery County, the probate would take place in Norristown in Montgomery County.
County offices are closed on Election Day.
