Great service, ambiance, and food located in one of NJ best downtown's. Cocktails were made strong and the food ingredients were fresh and modern.

High quality food and lovely location. Wonderful open kitchen to see the chefs at work. Chef Justin a real guarantee. If you want to eat starred cuisine go there!

Questions & Answers

Even though Summit House has a daily changing menu, I have yet to find the chef(s) unable to accommodate me w/something off the menu. Has anyone else found this to be the case?

do you accomodate special needs, one person can not have garlic, need low salt, no gluten etc. If she describe to you things, which she does at other restaurants, would u be able to help her? thx.

Yes, just tell your server. Also when you make the reservation, tell the host/hostesses.

No code but its an upscale place. I wouldn't wear ripped jeans and sneakers. Casual chic is appropriate.
