I called several times and Nobody answers the phone. is this paid from our taxpayers?

I was referred to this number in reference to receiving a booster shot. The person Steven or David was extremely rude and very nasty to me. He became defensive and loud as well as sarcastic when I was only trying to bring his rude behavior to his attention! I am very disappointed in This type of customer service. I was BORN in Summit NJ and “The Rec” was a part of my childhood. I would never imagine after having A wonderful time there growing up, it would now be represented by unprofessional, rude and unempathetic people like him. Hopefully this Review will make a change!

Attended 2 senior classes yoga and strength training. Both were very good classes. The Center is clean and well maintained! Great resource for the community.

The Service was okay, but unfortunately I couldn't find a place to park when I got there I had to ride around for a parking space, I had to wait on line for a long time, I didn't get my vaccination shot until 3:45pm and there was no band aid applied after my shot was given.
