This community feels like a dorm for students with non sense policies. The building has great amenities that you can NOT use because of the reservation system. You basically can not make a reservation to any amenity on the same day!!! I expressed my concern on a survey and the management team reached out but they did not really want to listen!!!! Instead they lectured me ( not the first time). The suggestion they have is for me to go check the amenity I want to use and if empty, go take permission from the front desk !! This just does not work for busy professionals. The building is really nice but the community rules are not made to make our life easy at all. Some of the staff are exceptional but some are really rude and unprofessional and part of professionalism is to say I am sorry when something wrong happens. Privacy is not respected in this building either. The maintenance team entered my apartment with no permission and when I complained I had another lecture from the management team ( no apology). Lastly, when I needed something to be done in the morning, I was actually told to wait until after 11 before the boss was bot here yet on a weekday !!! I wanted to love this building but I feel the management team is forcing me to hate it !!

They require vet record and 30$ fee for every pet visiting the community or your unit(even for just 1 hour). Truly a “dog-friendly” property.

What a great luxury apartment complex! The property staff is phenomenal; knowledgeable and kind. The brand new building and amenities are top of the line.
