My apartment is beautiful everything is new but the grounds are a different story, doors always left open because buzz system dosen't work so homeless people are always wondering around and sleeping in the building. The amazon hub that was placed in the A building breeze way is a plus so no more packages being stolen. I think they need security its such a large complex and people always wondering in, put rules in place for those with pets because they are trifflin, and more staff to clean up daily I feel like the money I pay looking at so much trash in parking lot, and around the complex is horrible, then it would be a great place to live right its OK.

My mom lives here and just had someone shoot a bullet through her wall which thank God went through her couch and not her! DO NOT move here safety of residents is not a priority! Nothing has been done about this since it occurred! Horrible

Please don't move here. For the amount of rent people pay to live here is a joke. Someone else wrote the people in the office are really not personable at all. We lived on the ground floor two years ago. My family and I loved it until the flood happen. Filling the hall bathroom tub up with water and the master bedroom was my room I had water coming up out of my toilet as well as my shower along. My entire bedroom was flooded. Then the mildew followed. So we move upstairs to a new apartment. Now we have body waste smell right outside our front door. The smell is unbelievable. Urine-Blood can not be cleaned up just by cleaning the carpet. The carpet needs to be replaced. There is know easy fix for this issue. I never thought at 69 years of age I would haft to be subject to living under these conditions and paying over 1500 dollars a month. I even wrote a letter to the corporate office and did not get a reply. So know I've made some calls let see what going to happen. I'm so out done by my whole experience living here.
