Rent from some where else. Management don't care. Once you move in, you on your own. If you park your car in the parking lot its a chance it will not be therein the morning!! Your visitors cars? Park at your own risk. This is a bad place to live. Ooooh also there are shootings across the street, just about every night. Please working class people!! You can do better.

The current price for a 1br is $900 and the 2br is around $1000 - 1050. They have specials during certain times of the year and will lower the rent to $800 - 900 for new applicants.
I think the 2br is currently $1050 and you would only have to pay for electric. Also, Comcast is the only tv/internet provider allowed in this complex.
