Good Morning Felicia, The junior 1 bedrooms start at 1199.00 and go up to 1299.00 with all utilities except electric included. In order to qualify you must provide 6 weeks of paystubs in orginal pdf form that show that you make 3 times the monthly rent, copy of id/drivers license and copy of social security card. The monies you would need to move-in is based on your application score and can be as low as first month and $500.00 security deposit and as high as first,second and full month security deposit.

No, and the rent is high as hell, but it's a nice place to live.

Hello Helena, Haverford Court does not have any 3 bedrooms, only 1 and 2 bedrooms. However, there are some Lindy Communities that do have 3 bedrooms. Please visit lindycommunities.com for more information.

They do allow pets. You have to check for size. Also they do have handicap accessibility.
