Amanda was by far the friendliest person ever! She has the BEST customer service that I have ever received in 30 years of my life. I’ve been to many restaurants and received outstanding service but Amanda was awesome. My family and I really loved her!! Thank you Amanda!!!!

I can’t believe you fired that poor waitress because the church didn’t leave her a tip and she was upset and posted to social media. You guys suck and I definitely won’t be patronizing your restaurant unless she is reinstated and apologized to.

The lady called out a customer on social media. The coworker saw the rant and said she would try to rectify it, meaning she made the post before getting outback involved. Not Outbacks fault for doing the obvious. So much crying here.
