Dr. Maslowe is one of the most empathetic and knowledgeable psychologists that I've known in my school journey and career. She provides a kind and safe space for us to explore, learn, and accept ourselves as a whole with all the good and challenging parts. She was an inspiration during grad school and an anchor through my internship. She was a gentle yet firm presence that helped me navigate through the hard times assisting me to learn about myself, and empowering me to push forward, and own my feelings. The non-judgment approach, level of expertise, patience, and kindness that she brings to the therapy space makes us feel comfortable, empowered, heard, and not judged; making the perfect environment for growth.

Dr. Maslowe is a trusted colleague of many years, a co-writer and co-presenter who guest lectured in my classes at different institutions. She’s both competent and caring and will approach any counseling issue with great knowledge and a genuine concern for her clients’ holistic well-being.

Sure do! I work with anxiety from a few different approaches to help you calm your body and mind, understand where the anxiety is coming from, and how to handle times when anxiety is triggered.
Absolutely! I have worked extensively with children and parents. Currently, I support parents in becoming the best version of themselves including reducing stress, understanding their kiddo better, and feeling empowered as a parent.
Sessions are between $185-$205.
The length of therapy is very individual. Weekly sessions for three months is considered short term therapy, which is often helpful if you're navigating a specific short-term situation. Many clients benefit from longer work and can experience deeper healing that spreads out into many areas of their lives.
Sessions are 60 mins long and typically I meet with clients weekly.
Clients pay me directly at the time of their sessions but may be able to use their out-of-network mental health insurance benefits.
